Since the Presidential Library is focused on political education, the library offers its readers newly published books in the fields of political theory and political analysis, international relations, regional studies, national security, political communications, law and history.

The Social sciences section comprises the literature on philosophy, anthropology, sociology and psychology.

The library collaborates with leading international publishers such as SAGE, Cambridge, Wiley, Chicago University press, Harvard University Press, Bloomsbury, Palgrave, Person, Rutledge and others .

Special attention is paid to enology and viticulture as one of the priority areas of development in Georgia.
