Head of Outreach and Development of Saakashvili Presidential Library. Founder of Civil Media Development Center www.cmdc.ge . Prior to joining SPL she was a Head of Secretariat of the Head of Administration of the President of Georgia, (2013). Holds a Masters in Public Administration (GIPA) and Journalism (TSU). First 6 years of professional career spent as TV reporter, journalist, talk-show anchor at different TV channels. Since 1998 worked in local and international non-governmental organizations and foundations- Transparency International Georgia, OSGF, USAID GEAR project, IFES, WWF Caucasus PO, PA Consulting, and others. Her job covered outreach, communications, media and civil society development. In 2009-2013 she worked as Head of PR Dept at Ilia State University.

Since 2011 she is invited lecturer of at state and private universities delivering courses in basic Public Relations, communications, civil society organization development, civil campaigning and volunteers’ management at Bachelor’s and Master level as well.  Pursue PhD research at Ilia State University, thesis focuses at Influence of New media tools on civil society and public participation development in post-communists countries.
